Modern vibe with an amazing mountain view. They provided a hairdryer and a shower cap - super convenient! 🌄 the spot is a bit secluded at the bottom of the mountain.

Everything was amazing, VERY AMIABLE staff, stunning views of the mountains. I booked a twin room, it was new-fashioned and had central heating, a multi-channel television, and a study table. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The service was very good, no complaints. The facilities were really nice too. Location: the hotel was close to the slopes, a museum and fabolous nature.

This place is amazing and clean with a wonderful view of the mountains, and it is located just off the ski slopes and Sorteny National Park, making it a beautiful location for our needs.

We loved our 4-night stay here. Everything was clean and well-maintained. - the food was fantastic. - the views were truly breathtaking. - the hotel staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. - the twin room was beautifully decorated and kept tidy. - the bathroom was modern and equipped with central heating, a TV, and a study table. - the remote location next to a restaurant and the ski slopes in Ordino was wonderful. - the property was conveniently located just 4 km away from Sant Serni de Llorts.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the delicious dinner and breakfast options at the hotel. The menu had a great variety and the meals exceeded our expectations.

the hotel is amazing, staff is super helpful and kind, they sorted out all the snowboard stuff before we arrived, huge free parking, closest hotel to the ski station, rooms are amazing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with breathtaking views of the valley. The room was well-decorated and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception. The restaurant served delicious dinner and breakfast with a large variety of options. Additionally, the spa experience was very rejuvenating.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.
